We manufacture all of the garments we make in our London factory, with low minimums at production it is great for start up brands who are new to the fashion industry and need guidance. We can manufacture large volumes as well, for existing brands.

We can help you from start to finish. We develop all of our styles in-house. From the pattern cutting stage through to bulk manufacturing of the styles.

CMT (CUT, MAKE & TRIM) PRODUCTION:

At production our MOQ (minimum order quantity) is 250 units - this can be split between various styles (can be broken down into various colour ways and sizes also).

A maximum of 5 styles, eg. 50 UNITS PER STYLE X 5 STYLES = 250 UNITS

Our MOQ can be split between various colours ways and sizes.

If you have 2 styles, it will be 125 units per style minimum at production.

Eg. 125 UNITS PER STYLE X 2 STYLES = 250 UNITS

For swimwear productions our MOQ (minimum order quantity) is 500 units. This can be split between various styles. For example:

5 STYLES X 100 UNITS = 500 UNITS

If you have more than 10 styles, our MOQ per style will drop to 50 units per style. For example:

10 STYLES X 50 UNITS = 500 UNITS

Our MOQ can be split between various colours ways and sizes.

For those who may not have much knowledge creating a brand, we provide fashion/ brand consultations. So we can give you further assistance throughout the process and discuss any services you may not understand and through everything with you.

When creating your own garments, you will need to pick fabrics. Some clients require help in sourcing fabrics, so we can definitely help our customers with this. We cannot source every fabric out there however we endeavour to help you as much as we can. As we prefer to source only in the UK and Europe, to be as sustainable as possible. We can source various types of fabrics such as sustainable fabrics like Tencel, Modal or organic fibres. As well as sourcing fabrics, we can dye the fabrics and do certain treatments and printing.

THE PROCESS

With any collection, you need something that will inspire you to design the collection.

We can help you from the very beginning - helping you with ideas and we can also design a collection for you based off your requirements.

Once the designs are sketched, we will move on to getting your sketches into technical drawings. Technical drawings are key, they allow the pattern cutter to see the garment flat. Making it easier to create a pattern from that, as important figures such as measurements are then put on to the Tech packs for you designs.

Once you have your technical drawings, we then proceed to the pattern phase. This is where your designs are turned in to templates which is an important part of the whole process. It is important that your pattern is perfected. This is why it is key to create a toile after making a pattern. This allows us to see the garment in 3D, then it is followed by pattern amendments. This could be a back and forth development. However this is dependant on the complexity of your designs. The more simpler styles, do not require many developments.

Once you are having with your toile - it is then the sampling stage. Where your styles will be made up in the final fabrics chosen for production. So you can see exactly what the garments will look like at production.

Next, is the grading stage. This is where your patterns are transformed in to various sizes, ready for production. We can use different size charts if you require this as well as make custom ones for you.

The next stage is, ordering fabrics and trims for production. Fabric suppliers usually have a MOQ when it comes to ordering fabrics for production and require you to purchase a certain amount of fabrics. So always bare in mind, that you might have to buy more fabric than you need.

This is followed by production. This is the phase where everything is made to the required units per style that you have requested. Typically takes about 2-6 weeks for production to be completed. We can always give to you the garments that are finished first to you as the production continues.
