Wool is commonly used for winter garments as it is warm and comfortable. There are other types of wool also available such as cashmere and mohair.
TYPES OF WOOL:
FINE WOOL SHEEP
Fine wool garments are less likely to itch the skin, it has the greatest value due to the smaller fibre diameter.
MEDIUM WOOL SHEEP
Medium wool produce the least valuable and more lightweight garments, therefore its mostly used for socks and blankets.
LONG WOOL SHEEP
Long wool sheep produces the heavier garments because of the length of the fibres.
